Swedish Massage – utilizes long, flowing strokes, often but not necessarily in the direction of the heart.  Designed to relax muscles and improve circulation.  This is the most common massage style because it is light pressure and depth for those who are sensitive, but is as effective as a deep tissue massage.

Those who would benefit most from this modality would be the elderly, pregnant woman, children, and those with sensitive skin.

If you are looking for a good way to relax, improve your lymph and blood flow, or even get to sleep this would be the massage for you.
