Can you remember the last time you had a massage?   It’s about that time, with the seasonal changes our bodies take a beating; massage keeps you a head of this weather by speeding up your circulation,  keeping you warm, energized, stress less and pain free.  Now if you don’t know about the amazing selection of massage modalities we offer, let me tell you about each:

Swedish Massage

Relaxing sixty minute massage, with the light pressure flowing toward the heart you are sure to feel energy and reduced pain.

Reflexology

Having sore feet is not something anyone should deal with, using specific reflex areas of the foot in a matter of moments you have great circulation and overall balance.

Deep Tissue

If you think the knots in your back are going no where, consider Trigger Point therapy; increasing range of motion, strength and specific pain reduction with knuckles and elbows. With deep tissue massage drinking water is very important, due to the fact that warming up muscles begins the process of flushing toxins from the  body, bringing dehydration,  so stay on top of the water!

Russian

Lymph flow is very important to most,  and with Russian massage  that is the ground rule, keep blood flowing toward the lymph in phases, one being light and mild, second phase is quick with deep pressure, and third is like the first.  Number one massage for energy.
